You work for long hours, and making sure you're sitting and standing correctly is absolutely important for your overall health.

How Does This Work?

Full Virtual Office Ergonomic Assessment:

I Hour and 15 Minutes

What this involves: We start the meeting with talking about the surveys that you completed and sent back to me. We discuss your current office layout and what problems- if any (aches/pains) you are currently experiencing.

You log into our meeting on your cell phone, and set this up either on the left or right side of you, as I am able to "watch" how you work at your desk. I can see your front view as well as your side view. At this time, I ask you to take several necessary measurements with your tape measure. I will guide you through this process, which is very easy.

As you continue to work, the magic happens: I analyze your set up with all of the info you have provided to me; your photos, your live views, and your measurements, as well as incorporating any body pains you're currently experiencing. I immediately tell you what needs to be changed and we go about doing so during our call.

I will make recommendations to you (low cost-high impact solutions) as well as inform you what equipment you should consider buying, based on your given budget. Equipment recommendations will be sent to you via email, as I research the best fit for your needs and your budget.

Once you receive your equipment and assemble it, if needed, I will meet with you once again (Free of Charge) to help you set up your equipment exactly where it needs to go! :)

The goal here is to make sure all of your equipment is set up in the right spot for you.

I scheduled a virtual ergonomic assessment with Sabrina in November after having months of discomfort in my upper back and severe upper neck pain for a couple of weeks. During the virtual meeting, it was obvious that Sabrina had thoroughly reviewed my responses to the questionnaire and the pictures I sent her. She was able to ask follow-up questions and receive some measurements from me so that she could make her recommendations.
